Can't be right can it? I currently just have to pass visible smoke test or whatever it's called ?

I have two cats
One's black and white and a nosy git, the other is black and tries to communicate telepathically (he won't meow at a door to be let in or
out he'll just stare at it like he's using the force)
I think they should pass emissions tests, but good luck with getting the sensor up their exhaust!
