intercom?

hi I am looking for an intercom system.I see them on ebay for as little as £15 that you can fit to your helmets but to me they sound almost too cheap.Any advice/help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,

I've used these: http://www.alan-uk.com/mc/products_intercoms_ae600.shtml to great effect, fitted to a set of ear defenders. I guess they'd work equally well when fitted to a helmet.

I have a starcom one and although not cheap it is very good. We can use it at 70mph and listen to music with the 3.5mm jack in.

Not cheap though.
