C20XE / Red Top Connector ID Question

Hi - Just trying to identify what this connector is for? Installing a c20xe into my F27. I cant see what it should be connected to, and there was no tube in the stuff I got when I bought it. Is it just a vent or overflow or take off?? Any advice would be great.

Thanks. There was nothing attached to the connector highlighted - so is it ok to leave open like that?

Just leave both pipes off and block any vacuum pipe going into the inlet
