Quaife diff in sierra housing
Just a quicky
If you have a sierra diff with quaife ATB is there an option to use lobro 100mm driveshafts. From the website I can see 108mm flanges or push in.
I guess I'm asking if I can fit the flanges from my diff to the quaife?
Quaife seem to think that is the case. The Quaife diff has 26 splines. Anyone know how many splines the flanges have?

I think you can use the flanges, but they need a wee mod as you won't be able to fit the circlips in the middle to hold them
the must be the flanges from an open diff (the equal lenths ones) - the ford LSD ones don't work

Not saying it can't be done, but when i did mine i had some custom shafts made, push in splines on the diff end
and 100mm lobro on the hub end.

you can use 100mm diff flanges from a ford non lsd diff or quaife make their own much more expensive versions of the same thing. Has to be non-lsd as
lsd falnges are differing length splines L&R

You don't mention which diff size you have 7" or 7.5". The Quaife 108mm flanges are only for the 7.5".
If have a 7.5" diff case and you rebuild your diff using the Timken bearings bellow, you can use a GM 7.5" LSD, for example the Eaton

MC2 produce a complete kit and even with import duty etc it should save you a few £££ and you can use 100 or 108mm LSD/NonLSD flanges it's your
choice as the kit comes with a spacer for this very purpose.
