Alloy wheel cleaning
Evening all,
Just a quick one, can anyone recommend a good alloy wheel cleaner?

I will ask what my local "hand car wash" use, as no matter how shagged up my wheels are, they clean up like new every time. Honestly
I'm amazed at times...

Dilute Hydrochloric acid if they are anything like one that used to operate in my village, they brought it in 40 gallon drums

Bilberry juice wheel cleaner. Just as good as the toxic stuff, but a little bit more friendly for everything! I bought a litre of it and diluted it
5:1, leave it on the really icky bits for a bit of time and they come up great.

good quality tfr always works, a car wash close to me orderd brick cleaning acid of my dealer friend , he told me to watch damage it would do, sure
enough a chap i now tryed to claim of them for wheel damage low and behold no insurance he even took the bill for refurbished wheels and they
pretended to not understand english ,,it made a right mess of said wheels so watch what you are usinr and follow dilution ratios

Wonder wheels, easy to use and cleans them a treat, used it for years and its the best i have found.
A bottle last along time as well

Another vote for bilberry. Doesnt eat into the wheels like the acidic ones. My wheels on the tintop are waxed, a quick soak in bilberry and a rinse
and they come up gleaming.
Just dont drink it (it looks quite refreshing)
