Carbon Fibre Bucket Seats
Not sure if these will be popular here or not, but thought it was worth a shot!
I recently purchased a Peugeot 106 Maxi Kit Car from the owner of Streamline Carbon. It was built as a showcase for the carbon fibre range and
expertise the firm have, but I am taking it back to more of a Rally Car theme. I have OMP seats to go in, so these are surplus to requirement.
For sale are these two Carbon Fibre bucket seats. Both seats have been used so the clear coat has a few signs of wear and tear in terms of the shine
having been flattened a little in places and a few scratches from having been used with harnesses. They would benefit from being machine polished.
Good solid seats, no damage.
Both seats feature laminated carbon weave in 'Herringbone' style. The seats are 100% pre preg carbon fibre
Construction is a 2 piece shell manufactured with no compromise
Formula 1 grade methods of manufacture ensuring a flawness finish - Mervyn Griffiths the technical expert is ex-Williams F1.
Carbon is polished to a high gloss.
They'll accept 6 point harness and 3" shoulder straps. Extremely suitable for small cars and narrow installations.
Please note that these are not a matching in terms of both width and colouration.
Narrow seat (37.5cm wide)
Weight 3.08kg
Has mountings for side and base fittings.
This seat is a full carbon seat bonded to a GRP backing.

Wide seat (41cm wide)
Weight 3.5kg
Has mountings for side and base fittings.
This seat is a full carbon seat bonded to a carbon backing.
The finish of these seats has a slightly yellow tinge in comparison to the other seat as seen in the pics.
I am looking for £450 per seat, £850 for both.
I am based in Manchester but I am prepared to meet the buyer/deliver within a reasonable distance.
