1.7 zetec (sigma se )

Hi i have just started my project and need some ideas for the front pully srt up on a 1.7 zetrc se (puma) after the air con and the power stering pumps have been removed lso any ideas about the sump as the puma one has wings and they touch the chassie rails

Great little engine, here is how I dealt with the problem:

I moved the tensioner up after removing the air con pump as without doing that the belt misses the existing idler pulley. I have seen one without moving the tensioner. You can get a Ford bracket to do this (version without aircon).

The additional idler (4) to replace the PAS pump, that part I got from a transit (ebay).

Fit the 1600 sump, I'm 99% sure it fits

i looked at the 1.6 on the net and thought it might fit a lot cheaper than the caterham one
