Spooky... Looks like the Subaru In tank fuel pump is the same as an mx5 one... You learn something new every day :-)

Dave, you maybe right I got this as part of a project. i assumed as he has the mx5 engine it was from the same car. So your likley to be correct in
that it's a suburu pump. Thanks.

I have mine running 3 bar on a fuel injected Zetec... It us a bit noisy but works a treat... I don't think the Pinto will be fuel injected so
you do need to check with those more knowledgeable than me....

if the engine is injected it's fine.If it's carb afraid not.

It looks like my MX5 version, so it looks like the part is shared rather than specifically Subaru?
