Mondeo clutch

Hi guys, I'm new to the car building game, so be gentle with me please! My background is building kit bikes. I'm currently rebuilding a Luego Velocity XT (Sierra based) which I'm fitting a 1998 (mkII?) zetec e 2.0 engine into. I'm using the original MT75 box. I've bought a 1.8 Mondeo flywheel, but I don't know which year and I need to source the clutch to match. Can anyone help please?

early,

what your looking for is a clutch plate with a 220mm dia and centre of 1" with 23 splines. This would be found on a 1.8 mondeo with an Mtx75 gearbox. Those with the lighter duty Ib5 will still be 220mm but would be a smaller centre.

All the 2.0 would be 240mm clutches and the 1" 23 spline.

You also need an Mt75 thrust bearing with a 20mm spacer like the Westfield part or a 20mm longer clutch fork pivot like the Gbs part.

Don't forget the spigot bearing.
