Was going to be fixed flush to the underneath so decided to get some holes put in to prevent air getting trapped in the tunnel which others complain
about at high speed.
But as it planned out it had to be fitted with a gap so am never going to suffer from 'parachuting'.
To be honest it's fitted for aesthetics not performance but if it helps then all good

Thats the thing, dont think they are there just to look good, they are a serious performance aid and fitted correctly do a good bit of work for the
handling.

Then to go with the remortgage ive spent on the engine and drivetrain lets hope it does.
Either way its ticked the box for me.
Without sounding too daft here what sort of effects am i going to see? Just better grip, stabilty??

When I put mine on it smoothed the back end out, stopped the chopping ride and made the thing feel really planted.
Next step was a front diffuser, cowled in rad and what not but sold it...

Interesting. Cheers for the info. Will see how things lie next week when I get out in it.
