Can anyone help with some laser cutting?
Hi guys, I have a small amount of laser cutting I need doing, around 50 parts, mainly 6mm mild steel but some 304 and 316 stainless in 10-12mm
thickness.
I have gone and asked for some quotes from various places and only got one reply, most of the other people aren't interested with small quantity
work or haven't got back to me.
I have all .DXF drawings made and a list of materials and thicknesses.
All help appreciated.

I've used these guys with a £50 minimum cut price (plus materials), I know its waterjet but may also be applicable.

Try laser eng . Cheap and quick in the past from my dxf files.

Thanks guys, I tried all the places you suggested, however my cheapest quote by quite a bit was from Doncaster Laser, some of the suggested places
were a bit better on the thicker stuff >10mm because doncaster had to use waterjet for that stuff which is more expensive.
