My Luego is finally up for sale!
As per the title, I have eventually, after a lot of heart - searching decided to sell the Luego.
He's on the bay....

Decided last year to sell, Ben - just waited until the weather started to look promising to put it up - I much preferred building it to driving it.

Fantastic response to the advert, both before and after eBay pulled it for 'policy breach'.....
Listed at 20:30 on Monday evening. When I got up for work at 05:20 tuesday - over 900 hits!
At 11:00 it was up to 1500 hits, and eBay decided to pull it and slap my wrist!
I had listed it as a 2011 Luego Lotus 7 Replica, similar to Westfield, Caterham, Dax, Tiger etc.
Because I had used the other Manufacturer's names, it was a policy breach. So, I simply relisted it an hour later after removing Westfield,
Caterham, Dax and Tiger..... and the calls and text messages kept coming.
After it had been listed under this title for 28 hours, it had only picked up 340 hits - so it just goes to show, dunnit?
Anyway, a nice 62 - yr old chap from South Wales came up on the train this afternoon, and he is now driving it home quite happy. He may be there by
about now.
I was a bit sad to see it go, but chaps - I wasn't using it - I much preferred building it.
Can I just take this opportunity to say another hearty thanks to all the guys who have helped me on here over the last 5 years - I mean it when I say
I couldn't have seen it through without this great forum's help.
And now.... what am I going to do with the 6 and a half grand.......?

I gave him all the details of this forum, and 'bigged' it up, he made some positive noises about doing so, so maybe?
