Find me a track day
I mainly use Track days UK as they seem to have the most comprehensive list. There does not seem to be much though.
1) Needs to be a weekend or maybe a Friday \ Monday
2) Near to SE London, I will travel to the Midlands and camp if required depending on the day.
No real preference on track or format (open or sessioned).
I have touble getting days off and I have holidays so am restricted. I just wasnt to get some booked up so I can look forward to something.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

I'm contemplating Castle Combe on Friday 25th July. It's open pitlane for £169. Javelin are running the day. Done a couple with them
before and they are very good.
It's not SE London I know but just a quick whizz along the M4 for you.

Would Rockingham be in range? There's a few of us going on 18th July with Circuit days. It's a rare 105db day. Open pitlane.
Not sure if camping is available at the circuit, you'd have to ask.
Any good?
There's also a bunch going to Anglesey 28th June, but I guess that's further than the Midlands?

I fancy rockingham - like the idea of the banked curve and wall.
I guess your bored with brands?
I did bedford earlier this year but wasnt overjoyed with the track. Airfield ones also dont interest me much - allthough I want to take the father in
law and they might be a good place for him to start after Brands in the wet scared him!
I still fancy silverstone and brands GP, but they are so expensive.
Hope to do at least one this summer and another over winter.

Its not too far away but I have seem BTCC at Castle Coombe (on TV) and it seems quite a flat open circuit so I can see it not being much fun for kit
cars. Have you been to CC in your kit before?

18th July sounds good! I quite fancy Rockingham. The infeild looks quite twisty and wide. I will be travelling up on Thursday night so might just stay
in a B+B.
Ill look into it. . .
Im mega gutted about Anglesea on 28th. I am actually on holiday in north Wales THAT week but we are leaving on the sat and because I have the wife and
kids with me its not right to do a track day "on the way home". I may be able to pop in and say hi but probably not much else. I was
hoping they were going to add one mid week which I would of jumped on.

Rockingham infield is really good, it's no Cadwell or Oulton, but there's just enough elevation change to keep it interesting.

Never driven there myself but have spannered on several events for mates with 750mc racecars. It's quite fast I believe with some challenging
corners. They've liked it.
