Oxfordshire tomorrow?

Anyone around the Oxford/Abingdon/Didcot area fancy a bit of a run out earlyish tomorrow morning?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of Didcot - Wantage - Tidworth - Andover - Wantage - Didcot to incorporate some decent roads, although open to other ideas.

No worries, should be a good day out.

I'm away next week, but would be keen for a few evening runs over the next couple of weeks to make the most of the weather.

Next time out, swing past Brize and give us a lift. I've forgotten what it's like to be out in a completed car!

Regards Dan.

Cracking, if slightly lonely, run this morning.

Only spoilt by having a cycle wing come loose after 5 miles requiring a quick trip back home before restarting.

Some great roads with a minimum of slow sections and didn't get held up once on the decent sections of road. Definitely keen to repeat it in the future...

This Sunday looks like it may be dry now, if anyone is keen for something similar to that mentioned above.

Does anybody fancy a run-out on Sunday morning from Didcot / Wantage?

Not planned a route yet so happy to modify to suit others.

Bit optimistic?! Currently the forecast looks atrocious...

If its dry, I'll be going down to the Wilton supercar day and would be keen for a bit of a blat in that direction.

You weren't out last night around Didcot/Wantage by any chance? Saw a couple of 7s whilst out around 2000ish.

No, wasn't out last night I'm afraid.

Always a realist - prefer to stay dry but will get wet! Will keep an eye on the weather and see tomorrow night.

If it's dry I'd be up for this, if you don't mind the newby showing up? I'm 3-4 miles south of Oxford so Didcot area is no issue

Now that we're within that 24 hours forecasting, it looks like as OliilO predicted weather is carp in the morning, but clearing up in the afternoon.

Anyone interested in an optimistic drive about 3pm?

I'll be at Wilton until late afternoon.

Could be tempted for a quick hour out at around 1900 if it's still dry. I've got a reasonable loop from Didcot out towards Benson/Wallingford that's got a few decent roads on it. Open to suggestions though...

I'm around all of tomorrow doing household DIY, so an hour or so out at either 3 or 7 would be nice. No preferences really, depends on you guys and the weather really

I can't do an evening run I'm afraid, have to be back before 6pm. Weather looks to be clearing up for our area all afternoon though, so probably best towards the evening.

I'm going to check the car over tomorrow lunchtime, then probably head out at 3pm ish. Anyone else is welcome along, or if anyone can lead a route that would be good! I'll be following my nose, i.e. getting lost

Ventured out but quickly in again as the weather turned. Went for a proper drive this evening on the way home, after 2 weeks away the car felt like an old slipper, rough as but comfortable and familiar!

Perhaps another attempt at an organised run this Sunday?

Saturday morning looks the best day for this weekend if anyone else is keen to make a run happen.

It's still looking sunny... Don't fail me, an earlyish run and you can still be back in time to keep the Mrs/children/dog/pet tortoise happy.

Would suggest a shortened loop of what was proposed previously if people are busy, or can be extended to the full loop as desired. Milton interchange BP garage at 0730? Or is that too early?
