I have the same chest and cabinet and its quite well made, although I did have to rivet some of the drawer fronts as the spot welds came away.

Sorry to be a party pooper but are those the professional rangnge spanners? Not as good and not with the cast iron guarantee if not.
I have the chests and are OK but not top drawer 
You'd be surprised how quickly the sales people at B&Q try and assist you after ignoring you for the past 15 minutes when you try and start a

I got a deal on a tool chest from there a few weeks back, top and bottom for £120 instead of 300! but wish i had held out if i knew this was coming up
in a deal!
better model chest and spanners as an extra
