I would presume the Raw Phoenix sidepods should work but may need a bit of fettling

Stock Phoenix ones are (from Raw). I'm not sure the modern standard Phoenix ones will match the older MkIV Clubman ones though.

If the locost chassis is same as the striker it will - but I think the Locost wheelbase is longer.

As for the pods- i looked at making one up in metal to replace the GRP one covering the exhaust on my Fury.
A sheet of ally rolled and pinned to some vertical spars is fairly easily done but you would lose some of the subtle contours and shaping of the design - so I binned the idea. But if you are not fussed by such things (and that phoenix's bonnet bulge is awful!) then worth considering.
