Pinto Camshaft Oil seal

So having rebuilt the top end of my pinto and fitted a new camshaft and set it all up, it looks like the muppet that I am, have forgotten to fit the camshaft oil seal. DOH!

Before I have a complete melt down, can anyone advise if it is possible to press one in from the front with the camshaft in place, to save me having to remove this and redo all the rocker gaps yet again?

Thanks
S

Yes as above but in my experience buy an OEM seal from Ford, Ive had poor aftermarket ones in the past.
