Zetec GSXR TBs Best Fuel Pump

Hi,

I am currently in the process of getting a new fuel tank fabricated and I am looking at fuel pump options.

What would be the best fuel pump to use on a 2.0 zetec GSXR 1000 TB setup?

Would an internal bike pump be best?

Thanks,
Liam

You are going to be running injectors that expect 3bar just like any car injection set-up. Lift pump swirl pot and and adequate car injection/high pressure pump. I use audi 80 pump.

Surely if getting a tank made, use bike pump in a baffled sump in bottom of tank, assuming gsxr pump fits in bottom ala blackbird and many others, thus saving all the nonesense swirl pots lift pumps and extra pipe work, no brainer to my mind

that's what I thought.

Just wanted confirmation that others had done this, and it works

Can anyone confirm the bike fuel pump theory will work?
