My mate has one and likes but while the principle it works on is fine it strikes me as fiddly to setup and a bit too like something you would buy in a pound shop.

As an alternative look at the Gunsonn G4008 Trakrite which works on the long established side thrust principle. Like most Gunson tools it is manufactured with an eye on minimal production cost for maximum profit but it gets the job done very quickly and easily with good accuracy and repeatabilty .

I bought one and used it to track the Indy. Found it to be a good quality tool for the money. I found I could get repeatability on the tracking as long as you took care to set it up right.
