Ot. Honda CR-V sat nav disc upgrade

Hi all
Recently purchased a 07 plate crv with built in sat nav to tow our caravan. However the disc is from 2007 so slightly out of date. Rang honda for an update and they want £108 + vat! And its only upto date when you buy it.
Is there anywhere else these discs can be obtained 😜
Tried eBay with no joy or ones on there aren't much difference in price
Thanks

Haven't used them, but a quick google resulted in this:

I'd love to give my imaginary friend a great big hug,

but this jacket makes it impossible.

Word of caution.

I have a 2007 CRV - but it is the 2005/2006 model and the new map disc does not work - tried a friends at work.

I know the description states 2007 onwards, but just make sure your CRV is the later model.

The Answer for everything, but never the last word....

Hi
Mine is the later one so should be ok.
Think for the price I may give it a go

If you're reasonably techie and don't mind getting into "alternative" sources, there are sites like

this.

The sites selling discs for 30 quid are usually just burning pirate copies that are downloaded from the internet and making a small fortune in the process!
