Been away from the site for a spell. Though I'd pop back. For a bit.
After selling the Fury I wanted something different. Well my new car is a VX220.
Something completely different. Having had kit cars for the last 12 years, building all sorts of things between I decided it was time to buy something
and just drive it. The Mrs made my mind up really. "If is means you not doing things to it and spending nights in the workshop then you should
get it". So I did

I used to have fun on an Elise board saying those were as much a Lotus as everything else that came out of Hethel What's the LCD on the
right of the steering wheel?

LCD is a Sganguage 2. Keeps the supercharger in check I think. It's all quite new to me. Loads of history and has had a fair few quid spent on
it

All good, Joe.
I always prefered the VX220'slooks to the Elise. What it really needs is a good Euro trip

I like that Joe, a good choice, and a good investment, I almost bought one myself a few years ago. I bet thats a great drive with the
supercharger on it.

I too like it over the Elise.
I have already thought about a euro trip, will try and drag Tom along too.

I'm hoping to keep this a while Paul. The cars mint first owner had it 8 years looked after it and paid 6k for the conversion. It goes well.
Very well. Just need some dry time to get to grips with it.

Makes me a little sad, I had a europa blue NA one, I loved it, I sold it off cheap with a smoky engine, In hindsight I wish I'd kept it.
Good luck with yours, I hope it brings you a lot of joy.
Do the right thing, right, first time!

Lol yes. Not sure if I can chuck the vx around like the fury. But from what I gather in the run up to buying it. They handle well.
It's been set up for fast road / track. Fully poly bushed and Nitrons all round.
Can't wait
