Xflow timing mark help

I need to set up the timing on my 1700 xflow but the problem I have is that the pulleys are after market alloy ones and the crank pulley has no mark or cut out to line up with the timing cover marks. Can anyone confirm if the mark on the cam chain pulley is in the same place on the bottom v pulley as I marked it in the hope it's the same.

Hope that makes sense.
