installing old game on 64 bit system

I have indiana jones infernal machine installed on a 32 bit windies pc, win7.

I would like it on a 64 bit win8 but the install program wont run on 64 bit.

Can i copy over the folder the game is installed in onto the 64 bit pc?

I suspect there is more it than that involving the registry.

Not tried it myself, but I understand you can install a 32 bit Virtual Machine on the 64 bit PC and run it in that environment

Old games can be a nightmare to install, not just because of the number of bits. Your best bet is to go online and find a proper patch or installer, for example;
