ETB Guages

Hi.
Recently bought a car fitted with ETB Guages.
The speedo works from a sensor and magnets fitted to the propshaft. It has a built in digital milometer which isn't showing any miles.
I have tried resetting it as if it was new but nothing happens.
I have power to the back of the guage and the back light works.
Any ideas?
Thanks
A

If it's got a 12v supply and a good earth you should have something on the display maybe worth giving etb gauges a ring always very helpful .

As Ian says 12v and earth, they are the same wiring as the VDO speedos fitted on the Westfield, when my mileometer went blank on my Seight, I had to buy another gauge from ETB

If the speedo is working withe sensor but no mileage then it does sound like gauge is toast.
