Zetec turbo exhaust manifold
Anyone got a zetec turbo exhaust manifold for sale before I order one from the states

Boost performance sell one for around £240 it's cast iron takes a t3 and is a high/ top mount. And has been fitted to 7 type cars

Try a sx200 one, just cut the flange off, re align slightly and weld on a zetec flange.

Cheap option is to buy a £10 focus manifold from eBay (the tubular one), cut the downpipe flange off and weld on a T3 or T25 flange. Hey presto, cheap
low centre mount turbo manifold. Works very well on my car.

I am sure you can get the boost mani machined above or below or both.
"Jossey" has an Avon with a modified Bt mani and a tdo4 flange. Dyno' at 300bhp

Looks like a Subaru td04 on there . Did he just red rill the mounting holes ??

It's got a short tube welded direct to the bottom of the mani with a td04 flange welded to that.
Edit, thinking about it. I would bet it's the scooby up pipe that's had an inch with the flange lopped of and welded direct to the
mani.
I would have removed the old flange as it would wind me up.

Got a low milage td04 here and a vf 22 both from scoobs. Bought the manifold in the link(thanks for that) .Have thrown away both up and down pipes
from scoobs in the past dammit.

There is a guy that sells flanges for the td04 in and out on ebay. He doesn't have any on there tonight but he has had more than one batch as
I've bought three.
