well at the moment the 2.0 duratec that i have has 11.2 mm lift kent cams fitted , that you can use with single uprated springs and pistons with valve pockets in , but i also have a 2.3 duratec engine that i am in the process of putting 13.3 mm ultimate race cams in, that should need double valve springs , i have been advised if the engine is under 280bhp single springs will be ok , i have checked the crush height on the uprated spring that i have and they dont go low enough for the new cams , the engine will be under 280bhp , just out to see if any one on hear has some adequate springs laying around ,single ones will do if they go down to 22.27mm crush hight thanx john
