Building: Blacktop Powered Locost

Show us your water rails

Hi all.

Am looking into fabricating / assembling a water rail, header tank, and associated plumbing.

It is Ford Blacktop, going into Locost.

Simple as possible, it is a track only car, so no heater required. We will also need a sender for the temp gauge, and a switch for the fan.

Would appreciate any pics of your installations, to give us ideas.

IMO the best water rail is the original zetec thermostat housing. Any rail you make will be almost as thick and not work so well.
