Hayabusa master cyl slave cyl set up

Need a bit of guidance guys.

Have a GEN 2 busa... What is the max throw of the clutch slave rod?

I hav the following set up...

MK billet slave
Wilwood 0.625 Master cylinder.

I am gouig to need a larger bore MC as on full pedal press the clutch rod moves c 5mm-7mm. Have no adjustment on the pedal fulcrum.

What MC bore do you guys use with the MK billet slave?

Cheers

The rod only needs to move a couple of mm! Make sure you put a stop behind the pedal or things will start to bend.

If 5-7mm isn't releasing your clutch, then I'd be checking that the plates aren't warped/dry/sticking/damaged.

As for throw, look down the oil filler hole. My eyesight won't do it these days, but you can just about see the top friction cover plate on the clutch (the one that isn't in line with the others). This must not be pushed so far out that it goes beyond the basket fingers.... depending on how your clutch pack sits (wear/plate thickness/shimming), the amount of throw you're after may well do this. Be careful.

Ideally, take the cover off and have a good look/measure.
