Suggest a header tank?

Hi all,

I'm running a 2.0L Zetec silvertop in my Haynes Roadster, and require a header tank with a single 15/16mm diameter feed nozzle, and a steam vent. Can anyone suggest something suitable?

Thanks
Josh

I used a Volvo 740/760 one on my fury, comes with a nice bracket that could be bolted to the bulkhead.

Volvo 740 Header Tank/Coolant Reservoir 1276040

Available new

Genuine Volvo 740 All, 960 1991, Expansion Tank

Make up an ally bracket to go round the middle.

My current one is a Volvo C70. My last one was an Mgtf.

Both fine.

Freelander is neat and cheap. I used one on my build. It must be good as Caterham use them!

Ended up buying a Renault Clio MK2 header tank. Designed and 3D printed a bracket to mount it to the bulkhead, and cover the steering column in the process.

From memory I used one from a VW Polo. At the time I had a local scrapyard that would let you roam around and remove things. Not sure scrappys like that exist anymore.
