BEC Oil Flow Rate

Hi

I could do with finding out what oil flow rate an average 1000cc bike engine has going on.

i.e. How many litres per minute will the internal oil pump be drawing and then how the flow varies with engine revs, is it linear or does it max out, so if it's - lets say - doing 2 litres per minute at 1000 revs, is it 4 litres at 2000 revs, but then max's out at 8LPM for example

Reason for this is wanting to run a fixed speed scavenge pump to a dry sump, so need to know what litres per minute I could potentially see to see if it's possible to make it work.

Anybody any ideas?
