There's a certain irony in that question, these days.
I built houses all over what used to be their factory; I get the impression that Lister Petter now consists of one ageing storesman and his pet
spaniel.

Shame, the 60 year old AVA 1 engine on my dumper starts 3rd swing and seems to just sniff fuel

Redturner,
No, not a problem, but a query.
Thanks.

Ha... Then you "worked" @ Lister Petter...
Not necessarily "for"...

I "worked" at their former main factory site, yes, although it had long since been vacated by them as they 'downsized' in the
face of Far Eastern and US competition.
There's now not much left of what was once a great company.
Why do you need to contact them? There is an annual gathering of Lister aficionados at one of the local villages, in the form of the Lister Tyndale
Steam and Country Show, and you'll find anoraks there who know more about Lister Petter and their products than the company does themselves!
