De Dion Diff removal

So, a simple question.

Having never worked on De-dion before, how much is involved to get the half shafts out?

Need to remove the diff from my Tiger R6 and I've not worked on it much prior.

Not to bad to get out remove drive shaft shafts as with any sierra set up. We removed the rear shocks, the fuel tank and panhard rod this allows you room to get it out. Bit of a fiddle but it will come out.
