IVA manual v10 Nov 2016
I was browsing the haynes forum the other day, and it noted that iva manual version 10 is now published. 03nov16

below is a summary of the changes, - I also note that it shows that we may quote this manual

2C Diesel Emissions ---- SPV notes from section 2B added

12 Interior Fittings ---- SPV MOI expanded, Note added to Annex 1
13A Anti-theft/Immobiliser ---- New Note 1 linked to RS4.
16 Exterior Projections ---- Hard feature relation to Shore A scale corrected, Note 5 para 4 expanded.
17 Speedometer and Reverse Gear ---- Update hyperlink, new Note 6 linked to RS3.
20 Installation of Lights ---- Update MOI and expand RS5
25 Headlamps ---- Add MOI re headlamp conversion
28 Rear Fog Lamps ---- Update Note 4, Amend max height. Reword RS4.
29 Reverse Lamps ---- Revise Table 1, max number of lamps
30 Parking Lamps ---- Insert new Notes 1 & 3 and renumber old Note 1 as Note 2. Link RS1 to Note 1 and RS2 to Notes 2 & 3
31 Seat Belts ----Amend note reference in RS 10 & 12, remove references to Note 14, add Note reference to RS17.
36 Heating Systems---- Renumber RS, update RS10, update Note 2.
44 Masses and Dimensions ---- MoI Axle weight calculations note expanded, Annex 1 B exemptions clarified
45 Safety Glass ---- Update Table 1, update definitions
69 Electric/Hybrid Vehicles ---- New Section (for information only)
N02 Emissions ---- Add paragraph to MOI for Range Extender Hybrids. Add Normal IVA to footer.
N13A Anti-theft/Immobiliser ---- Expand MOI para 2. Add Normal IVA to footer.
N62 Hydrogen Powered Motor Vehicles Add Normal IVA to footer.
Glossary Insert definition of Range Extender Hybrid

But, more to the point, do any of these changes have any significance for an average kitcar build?
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
