ZRX1200

Hi All
Thinking of putting a ZXR1200 Kawasaki engine in a single seater onto a chain diff does any one have any experience and does it need a sump modification thanks.

Not done it with the ZRX1200, but I've done it with ZX10, ZZR1100 & ZZR1400, none of which need any mods for road or light track use. If going for serious trackday stuff then I think an accusump would be advisable, but the fact that you've got the engine the same way round it is in the bike helps enormously..

Is the ZRX1200 the larger version of the ZZR1100 or is it the ZX12R engine? If it's the former I'd say you're defo ok, if the latter then I believe you'd be fine as above, but obviously check which way the sump lies etc

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
