DIY inlet manifolds

Hi Folks,

Thinking of getting some bike carbs for my Pinto, and looking at getting one of these:

FORD PINTO OHC RS2000 DIY BIKE CARB THROTTLE BODIES INLET MANIFOLD KIT 41mm PIPE

They do various diameters, so, any ideas what they are like? Also what diameter should I be looking for?

Sorry if they are stupid questions

Ideally you want one that matches the head ports but obviously not smaller than the carb choke diameter.

Thanks C,

What about the diameter of the silicone tubes to go over the carbs? Is there a fair bit of leeway there? sorry , but I'm in new territory with bike carbs, now bike wheels, yes I know them OK

By the time you have got that lot welded together you would be far better off going to someone like DanSt and getting an ally one already welded together. I did and have no regrets.....
