Hayabusa upgrades

Wanted - engine parts for a supercharger upgrade on a gen 1 hayabusa 2005 engine, e.g.

Turbo pistons
uprated Valves, springs, retainers, etc
steel Con rods
uprated 690/725cc injectors
uprated gearbox parts
uprated clutch assy parts
head studs, nuts

Just looking to see if there is anything out there before I buy new.

Cheers,
Dean

If this is for your Rotrex build you don't need the pistons Dean.

There is no reason why you can't run a bigger pulley that optimum to decrease the boost pressure you get while you sort out what strengthing in the engine you actually need.

Hi jeff, thanks for the advice. Ideally as the conversion is going to take quite a bit fabrication, i'd like to just get it all done in one go. I am hearing so much conflicting advice, it's hard to know what to go for. Some people are saying just got for a cylinder barrel spacer and others are saying rods and pistons are a must. obviously theres £1400 difference in those two options so I don't want to buy them if I don't need to, but don't want to do the mod cheaply either

Go with the advice from someone who has actually done it and not confusing it with a Turbo build....there is a guy on uphillracers who has run one for several seasons.
