UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

The pull recess?
From a few googles seems a pretty bespoke item. Would be an easy thing to mould though with a GRP kit.

I can't help with the panel, and I'm not a competitor but I didn't think the MSA blue book allowed you to recess the switch and lever in.

Something like this might do you if you can find them in the UK.

I'm not sure of the legality of flush mounting but you do see a lot of it and I'd rather see T pulls flush mounted than broken off in an accident!
