Sierra diff tool?

Anyone got a tool for removing the castelated side bearing holders on a Sierra diff? Before I try making one.

Don't think so, but not got that far yet. I think it's just a case of positioning the diff within the case for the correct backlash to the pinion then locking them off. I think getting them undone is usually the issue.

Would that fit on a diff with bolt on shafts?

Looks like a proper tool for the job and a good price too!

I had in mind a length of flat steel bar placed between the castelations. Might work, but a risk of damaging the parts I guess.
