Progression Holes DCOE 152 Twin 45's

Afternoon All,

There seems a lot of web chat on the 152 DCOE weber 45's with regards to tuning issues at low revs, with the standard x3 progression holes not being suited to the modern (ish) Ford Zetec engines, with people adding progression holes up to x4 and x5.

Has anyone details on this procedure ? there is some details on the many Alfa sites showing location dimensions and hole sizes, but no actual photos from the carbs, specifically any details for a Zetec 1800cc 115hp 1997.

Thanks in advance, Ian

The ones on my old 2 litre zetec were done at Webcon

It makes a huge difference and the car was smoother and much nicer to drive

I'm not too sure I'd fancy drilling them myself bearing in mind it might go pearshaped
