MOT - Brake fluid switch

Quick question... Do they tend to test the brake fluid reservoir button during an MOT or do they usually assume it works if the handbrake illuminates the warning light?

I've never seen it tested (take at least one car a day for test) and can't say I've seen them take any notice of the handbrake/test light.
