CBR1000 2009 sensor and equiptment info please

Hi all, Im on the middle of sourcing all the parts for a CBR 1000 install.

Im wondering which sensors and equipment off the bike are necessary for the install ?

So far I have

Rectifiter
The bikes fuel pump
Knock sensor
Cam speed sensor
TPS
Speedo sensor
ECU
OIL pressure
Neutral switch

Is there any thing else ive missed that will prevent the engine running as it should ? ie those air vent actuator things, O2 sensor ??

Thanks in advance for any information

I'd get the air box - this will also have the intake air temp sensor (on the top beside the secondary injectors) and the MAP sensor bolted underneath. Pair valve which sits on the cam cover (for IVA). Also the full loom obviously, and the splined gear change arm to modify

I'll have a look if there's anything else - got a few diagrams etc that may be useful here

This site gives handy diagrams of parts and where they go

Hi Alan

Just that you probably wont get the emissions down low enough without it fitted really.

You'll also need the HISS security system if fitting a non-US engine, along with the associated keys etc.

Fuel pump relay should be with the loom. EGCA from the exhaust might be worth getting too as a backup (can be bypassed with a resistor)

Tons of info on Andy Bates' facebook page (starting 30th August if you scroll back)

You won't need the
knock sensor
Lean angle sensor
abs (if the engine is abs)

you will need a 3.3ohm resister for the Steering damper (blue/white-green/white)
wire coming from Ecu plug (2)

you will need to switch the (green/red and the yellow/red wire) from the starter relay
to bypass all the other cut off for the engine

The tilt angle sensor can be bypass by joining 2 of the 3 wires together

If you beee any help with the wiring just let me know
