Kames Sprints
Double header Sprints on at Kames this weekend. Entry ain't to big on Sat so Sunday would be better for Spectating.

And if you do make it either day, bring a camera and remember to take lots of pics of those of us who are competing :-)
Well - when I say competing, I mean that very loosely....
Well worth coming to see Gizmo's Impreza though. You have never seen a car leave the line like this - an honest to goodness full on red blooded
race car.
The sun will be shining all weekend so all roadgoing cars must be brought along

Well......
Seeing as nobody else bothered to enter my class, I won. It may have been by default, but I still got a prize to take home for the mantlepiece. My
first ever event, and I got a pot.
So - to all you who could have entered (you know who you are ).
Get it right up yae
P.S. - need new tyres.
P.P.S. - took around 5 seconds off from the start of the day to the end.
I will be back for more.
One very last thing - Gizmo from here set a new record for his class in the 2.5 Impreza turbo.
Very well done John.

Greaaaaaaaaaaat day......
4th in class....out of 4..bugger...!...but....I was beating a westie blade all day until his last run when he took me by .5 of a second...sh*t! - he
was on ACB10 race tyres though...not my mucho cheapy road jobbies!
the first 2 in class were a hayabusa westie and a blade westie...but they did about 89 seconds... god knows how the blade guy did that...!
My first practice run was 101.37 and my last timed run was 96.51.....so I'm chuffed with that.. I was hoping to crack 100 seconds...so am made
up....!
was all over the place most of the time, so I FELT like I was trying...nearly lost it on the paddock bend on 2nd practice when the back end wanted to
come and meet me....hee hee...
great fun innit...!
glad I went...itching for more....! bad point is I was pulled up for no reverse..which I need to sort asap!
