Zetec alternator,your comments please.

I so wanted Dunnell Engines alternator and mounts for my zetec .I even rang them with credit card in hand ,but when I got no reply I gave myself a good slap and decided to get stuck in locost style...

The alternator is a 50 amp item from a 1.1 Renault 5, the pulley is from a Sierra dohc (it was the only one I could get of at the breakers with out impact wrench and puller ect.)..Grand sum £13 The brackets are all hand shaped out of 5mm plate steel two days work

What you see hear is the second attempt .. So has any one got any comments or sugestions before I pull it all of to paint (still got to turn a couple of spacers up ,and fit them aswell as the fan )...
It was fun in halfords looking at the belts got the right one first time, just need to know what car its ment for now
