Crossflow mounts

Dont know if this is the right section for this but here goes anyway. Anybody got any pictures of engine mountings they made for fitting a crossflow into the chassis have lots of ideas but unsure which road to go done. Any pictures would be very helpfull indeed.
Cheers

I made these, very similar to those shown in the book. They use Cortina rubber mounts. Rescued attachment P1010029.JPG

Below are my current engine mounts. The photos not a great one (a little blury).

Its made from 40x40 ERW with a 3mm wall and some 3mm plate, to a similare design as Mark Allanson used.

The rubber is a standard land rover (series IIRC), therefore they are cheap and very readily avalible. Rescued attachment engine mounts.JPG

Hi there
Just used mounts from a 323 Mazda which had a bolt either side and a nice metal shield to potect the rubber from oil contamination made plates to bolt to the engine and conected the them with 40mm sq 3mm wall oncew the engine was where I wanted it easy and neat .
Best wishes
