It is a zcars kit. I built it myself, 1st customer to do so. You can see a clip of it doing the 0-60 on zcars website on the 'mini'
page. It is the red and white cooper.
That was the first time the car was run on the track and was only running about 3/4 throttle.
How far have you got with yours? Are you doing your own design or a kit?

It was a bit light on the steering to start with but after getting it set up it feels spot on. The handling is pretty good too, i was expecting it to
be a lot worse after reading a lot about other peoples mini's but was pleasantly surprised. Not 100% yet but not far off now.

In my opinion, i think the finished car is worth the money, but the kit is pricey when you consider what you get as a bunch of parts!
When I started the project I knew nothing about bike engined cars and the choice was between a type R engine for my elise (10k) or a zcars kit (5k).
I haven't got any regrets on my decision but as i said, now i know what i do i could do another one a lot cheaper.....

I have a set of moulds that convert late Mini rear lights to Mk1 rears.....very trick
My Daughter has taken over production of the damn fine Triton race seats and her contact email is emmatrs@live.co.uk.
