New RR in Milton Keynes
Read this on the 106 Rallye forum
"New rolling road opening in two weeks
Racing Developments Ltd
www.racingdevelopments.com
50 Tanners Drive, Blakelands, MK14 5BW
300bhp 2wd rolling road
106/Saxo roll cages
Track day prep
Sports car servicing
Taking bookings now!!
Andy"
Its just up V10 near the top and Newport Pagnell. A few units up from Prodrive.
From what i've asked they seem to be pretty able with webers and the like. When i saw the reference to Saxos i was a bit worried, but it seems
they know what they are doing. Just need someone to go along and see what their like now.
Prices seem good too...

Just make sure they know to put the rear wheels on the rollers

Wonder how much cheaper a 300bhp RR is to purchase than a 350-400bhp one.
Pity
EDIT: Thinking about this, clearly this is power at the wheels, so less of an issue than I'd thought.

Have you got something over 300bhp that needs a rolling road tune, or just day dreaming?

I've got something, in its current state of tune, very close to 300.
With new injectors and cam change, probably over 300.
Its only a '96 Calibra Turbo though, nothing too fancy.
AMD are only 500 yards from my house, and they have a 4WD RR, only problem is, they are AMD and expensive.

What about PTS in Luton, only a little bit further than Milton Keynes from you.
720bhp 4 wheel drive rolling road.
Most of the stuff ive heard is good, and they dont look too expensive.
Although their website doesnt say much about webers i was told by the bloke who did my MOT that they are the place to go to get your carbs tuned in
Herts or Beds. So i may be popping down there soon.
