Any builders about to start building In Lincolnshire?

I suggested this a little while ago well a couple of years ago and didnt get a great response but thought id try it again. Is there anyone about to embark on a build in Lincs that would be interested in tandem building or cooperative building ie bulk buying chassis metal for discounts etc and skills tool sharing?
