MK Bike Engine Mini Update

Any update on the MK Bike Engine Mini kit?

I quite fancy a BEM!

What!!! eh?? BEM???

I know Martin Keenan does a Chassis type of thing that lets you put a bike engine in a mini ala Z cars but not sure what else they are up to.

Do you mean MK Sportscars or MK Engineering?

it was definitely martin who was looking into the bike engine in a cradle in the back of a mini idea. it all went a bit quiet after the initial shock awe oooh! i haven't heard much since, and i think he's focusing on new projects according to bits i've picked up off various people.

it was martin keenan of MK Engineering though. not to be confused with MK Sportscars! they don't do development work.

I did a search in Google and found a web site for MK Engineering, but the web site doesn't work

All I want is a Bike Engined Mini (BEM)

Martin Keenan which is MK engineering, website works for me. Did a R1 mini for Chris Bradley, which was a one off, I think he was thinking of doing a kit but other things have taken over, that was my impression when I talked to him.

The frame he did for chris is a weld in one, the kit would of been a bolt in one similiar to the ZCars kit but using IRS instead of trailing arms

Cheers
David
