propshaft

when i removed the rubber donout of the end of the prop shaft, the gearbox shaft has only got 3 bolt holes when i need 5, to attach the propshaft withot the rubber donout how do i over come this problem

....by finding a sliding joint that has UJs instead of the rubber donut. Getting rare in scrappys nowadays, but most propshaft companys will knock a brand new one up to length for under 100GBP.

Just got one from a Capri, cost £5!, You can get U/V repair kit for £10 each, the front section looks like it might be exactly the right length!! or is that just wishfull thinking - I could just put the diff flange straight onto the bearing U/V, - Life is never that straight forward!!
