Can you tell me what this is? I suspect it's an after market alarm system that I will have to remove.

It's an after market alarm system that you will have to remove.

Seriosly, you could , in theory, keep it, its a good unit, but you'll probably want to keep things as simple as possible in the build so will probably ditch it.
I tried to do the same, but ended up binning it as too much trouble.

I don't have a key fob for an alarm system. So it will have to be removed.
